Wheat Bags are extremely versatile and can be used by warming them the microwave or freezer in the freezer and used as a cold pack. Adding Lavender to your wheat bags soothing aromatherapy properties to increase relaxation. As well as being a cosy natural sensory replacement for a traditional hot water bottle.

Directions of Use:

1. Warm: Heat your large wheat bag in the microwave for 1–3 minutes, depending on size and microwave wattage, until comfortably warm.
2. Cool: Place in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer for 10–20 minutes for a soothing cold compress.
3. Apply: Drape over shoulders, back, abdomen, or any area needing relief. Adjust to comfort and enjoy 10–30 minutes of gentle heat or cold.
4. Safety: Always test the temperature before use to avoid burns or frostbite. Do not overheat.
