Wheat Bags are extremely versatile and can be used by warming them the microwave or freezer in the freezer and used as a cold pack. Adding Lavender to your wheat bags soothing aromatherapy properties to increase relaxation. As well as being a cosy natural sensory replacement for a traditional hot water bottle 

Directions of use 

1. Warm: Heat your eye pillow in the microwave for 15–30 seconds (depending on your microwave) until comfortably warm.
2. Cool: Place in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer for 10–15 minutes for a soothing cold compress.
3. Apply: Gently place over your eyes while lying down or resting. Close your eyes, relax, and enjoy 5–20 minutes of soothing comfort.
4. Safety: Always check the temperature before applying to avoid burns or frostbite. Do not overheat.
